Rob Moshein & his life partner Bob Atchison have been caught lying. Bob Atchison has been caught committing perjury, making false statements to law enforcement and the court, forging documents doing whatever it takes to destroy a woman, Oma Hamou who at one time wanted to make a film about Atchison's obsession, Nicholas II. Their present blogs produces some fresh outlandish charges, as well as some old ones reprised. Both men have flung rather a lot of poppycock, and some serious deceptions, too. We've gone after them in our blogs.

Rob Moshein Insists he is telling the truth...
CORRECTION
Justin Edwards asked me if I would post this message for him.
This morning Rob Moshein published the above document in response to my accusing him of lying about my friend, Oma Hamou not being convicted of the crime of FRAUD in the state of Utah. First, this document provides incorrect data. Also it does not say my friend was convicted of the crime of fraud but rather she was charged with the felony crime of Fraud. The truth of the matter is my friend, Oma plead guilty in 1992 for writing a bad check while on the run from a violent marriage. No where in her conviction from that state does it say fraud.
Had my friend's then husband, Marcus Demian kept his word as outlined in the letters he had his then attorney prepare and sent to the courts in Montana and Utah my friend, Oma Hamou would have never been convicted of any crime.
As Mike Newson has pointed out, when one continues to find error in Bob Atchison & Rob Moshein's research on so many points one has to feel that these errors are intentional. That they ignored the facts, and continue to deny that they have made mistakes in spite of their knowledge that they have made these mistakes --- as plenty of people have told them they have errors and we are aware of the many times that they have visited Oma Hamou's site where this was first published, and where it has many times hosted posts that refuted their conclusions, one has to wonder about their intent to see truth dispensed or if their intent is to bring humiliation and harm to Oma.
I want to know why Rob Moshein an experienced attorney felt it wasn't necessary to verify whether this document contained correct information?
I ask on a personal note why since 2003 Rob Moshein & his life partner continously list debts which are purported to belong to my friend?
I can only think of one reason, that being they want to humilate my friend, rub her nose in it because they believe she is dirt, a dog and as Rob himself has published on the web, she is NOTHING and it is a feeling shared by Pallasart & Bob Atchison. I can say these people and entity believes my friend is dirt, a dog based on their actions towards her since 2000. Bob Atchison sent the US State Department a lists of debts he claimed belonged to my friend because he believed sincerely this would validate his story about my friend Oma Hamou. It did not. The US State Department did not believe Bob Atchison's story about my friend Oma Hamou. It did not tell Bob Atchison they would contact the US Embassy in Moscow to warn it about crimes which Bob Atchison said my friend was involved in with regards to her film project. Bob Atchison also told the US State department my friend conned a Russian Monk Father Markell into getting a loan with JP Morgan and took the money and didn't do what she promised. This was and is an egragious lie -- a lie which was verified as being just that, a lie told by a man who is on a mission to destroy a woman's reputation and career because he felt she was a threat to his imagined status of importance.
I notice Rob Moshein has not given me permission to list his THEN debts pulled from his CREDIT REPORT nor has he given me permission to list what kind of a car he drives or any other information found about him yet this man who dubs himself the Austin Wine Guy -- Rob Moshein is ENTITLED to do this to my friend.
The debts he lists some of them say in excess of $10,000 while others purported debts list such as BOARDRUSH a company whose friendship with Bob Atchison and his web design company Pallasart states my friend owes in excess of $200,000.
My friend, Oma Hamou contends this company obtained a judgment against her fraudulently. She maintains they did nothing for her film project or her company. The people at World Monuments Fund wrote in a letter on her behalf this company did not negotiate any contract between them and my friend's company.
As to the judgment FRAUDULENTLY obtained by Rob Moshein's life partner, Bob Atchison it is a debt my friend swears she will NEVER PAY TO THIS MAN, those are her words not mine.
Let me show why she believes this debt obtained by Bob Atchison against her was done fraudulently:
Bob Atchison represented to the court and law enforcement the above document represented a true copy of the invoice sent to Enigma Films, it was not. Oma Hamou testified at trial that the e-mails which appear underneath the “alleged” invoice were altered and/or she did not create.
ONE YEAR BEFORE
Both Bob Atchison and his Then Attorney committed perjury at trial during his lawsuit with Oma Hamou let's read what Bob Atchison's then Attorney had to say to the court:
According to the State of Texas other than the then present lawsuit case No. GN303141between Atchison and Hamou no other lawsuit existed between the two.
In conclusion, Rob Moshein has used aliases to stalk, harass my friend Oma Hamou since 2003. He stuck his nose into my friend's business affairs, affairs that had absolutely NOTHING to do with him, but he insisted in inserting himself and making all know the lies he and his life partner created about my friend Oma Hamou. Neither Mike Newson or myself or any other person who defends Oma none of us have ever contacted the wine company that hired Rob Moshein and told them what kind of a man this person really is. We have never sent documents to any business associate of Rob Moshein or to the Wine Company that hired him and provides him with the ability to earn a living, we never sent documents from the lawsuit filed by my friend against him yet Rob Moshein has done this and so much more to my friend. When Oma does file her legal pleadings in court against Pallasart, Bob Atchison & Rob Moshein she will be asking the court to grant a PERMANENT protective order against these individuals and entity. She says she isn't asking for money but for the courts to clear her name, right the wrongs that have been done to her by these various individuals and entity and of course maybe refer the case over for criminal prosecution. :-)

Rob Moshein published Marcus Demian's Brief to the Montana Supreme Court on the web and not the then State Attorney General's Brief or the brief submitted by the children's Guardian Ad Litem. He did this to prove to others my friend Oma Hamou was a violent person who threw hot coffee at her then ex-husband. Yet the briefs submitted by both the attorney for the children and the State proves Rob Moshein once again has published a false, libelous and defamatory statement about my friend because the information within Mr. Demian's brief supported his story about Oma being violent.
Someone from Bob Atchison's web design company, Pallasart inserted the full names of the Children who were in foster care into Googles search engines. Rob Moshein published on the web the State of Montana did this not him yet the state of Montana provided a letter stating this is not true as children who are placed in protective custody names are only identified by the use of initials. This is done to protect the innocent children right to privacy. It is against the law for any person in an official capacity such as an attorney to do so.
This means someone deliberately, maliciously published the names of these children into Googles search engine because they wanted to reveal Mr. Demian's brief which seemed to validate their story about my friend Oma Hamou.
It is the same MO used when the person using the name Gilbert MacDuff posted my friend's social security number on the web -- that person didn't care about the harm this act would cause my friend.
That person was only interested in proving his point.

Just some thoughts to ponder on, it seems that each side in this war, as in all wars, believe that they are right and they are winning, although in this case it may be more like the Iraqi Information Minister, Muhammad Saeed al-Sahaf on one side still proclaiming that Oma Hamou is a horrible person - hate her. Even after a court said that there was sufficient evidence to show that continued attacks would harm her irreparably. (Or is it the Wizard of Oz telling Dorothy, “Ignore that man behind the curtain”?)
What I have seen is that many people from all walks of life, including those who know intimately both sides in this war, believe that Oma Hamou has shown sufficient evidence to substantiate her claims that what Bob Atchison et. al, have done to foster hate towards Oma is criminally wrong. And that they believe that Bob intentionally lied in court and submitted forged documents. Not to mention their disgust of his (and Rob Moshein’s) antics toward Oma with the sole intent of causing as much harm to Oma as possible, (not to mention that I have been focused in the crosshairs of attack also.)
It seems pretty transparent (from what I am told/read/understand) to those who have read and looked at the evidence on both sides that the current Hate Oma and the libel site about myself is controlled by someone from Pallasart’s group, cliché, or cult (depending on your point of view.) No one else has the motivation to attack like they have done, for the reasons that seem obvious, that is “we” show something about what “They” (Bob/Rob/Pallasart) have done to Oma, or how they have attacked her for something that they themselves have done, and then this Blog author come back with more attacks towards Oma or myself as a person, not what we said, but personal attacks --- let alone the time taken to “research” her past, or in the material that they provide that came from Rob directly.
The net result is that the more they have attacked us personally, the more they have driven people to believe that what Oma Hamou said was the truth, and the more that group of people believe that the current comments on that Blog towards both of Oma and myself constitute Libel and fall in the category of Hate Crimes. (And again I request that all libelous statements about myself be removed from that Blog)...

I have also read the Private Messages sent by both Bob Atchison, Rob Moshein who personally asked people from Atchison's history forum the Alexander Palace Time Machine to join in on the fun of harassing Hamou and those who defend her.

Perhaps you were lying in August 2006 when you sent these messages out to those of us on that forum because you wanted to impress us?
On that note, in pms you stated the stalking images you posted on my friend's forum was necessary because you were assisting the cops in locating her whereabouts because there was an active warrant out for arrest. We believed you were telling the truth but later learned you were lying. There was no truth to what you or Mike Pyles were reporting about Hamou. There was no warrant for her arrest, the cops didn't say what you and Pyles and others said.
By your own actions and words you proved Oma Hamou's defenders, Justin Edwards & Mike Newson had and have been telling the truth about you and your cronies.
Since Mike Newson, Justin Edwards are Hamou's avid supporters for you to call them criminals when neither have been convicted of any crimes is libelous and defamatory.

Mr. Moshein in court documents, CASE No. GN303141 down in Texas you admitted under oath you've used the name Gilbert MacDuff. This is the same name which was used to post Hamou's social security on the web and to terrorize not only Hamou but a city.
Court documents from Hamou's previous litigation directed towards YOU in the Case No. GN303141 indicate you not anyone else has used the female alias, TONYA HOOCHIE.
This alias was registered on Classmates.com pretending to have been a classmate of hers.
When Classmates.com deleted the profile for Hoochie the same IP was used to create Tonya Hamma another entity who pretended to have went to school with Oma Hamou.
One of several reasons You were sued by Oma Hamou is that you and Atchison accused her of being a con artist and other names. You did not prove this in court in Case No: GN303141 from the record all you have were just "gossip" and hearsay YET you continue the charade?
You sent letters and other communications to law enforcement in California and elsewhere reporting amongst other things Oma Hamou had been convicted 5 times of fraud and other crimes. The truth is Hamou has never been convicted 5 times of ANYTHING so in essence your statements to law enforcement and elsehere were grossly exaggerated.

I personally have read private messages you sent to people on my friends history site and elsewhere asking people to join you in your campaign to harass and defame this woman.

My Reply: The person who posted Hamou's social security number on the web did so using the name GILBERT MACDUFF in court documents you admitted you have used this name. Based on your own admission in my opinion you were the person who posted Oma Hamou's social security number on the web. In emails to me, Ms. Hamou has indicated she believed it was Bob Atchison not you who had done this but I am of the opinion based on your admission of having used the name Gilbert macDuff to stalk & harass the woman that it was you.
