Bob Atchison Accuses the LAPD & Other Law Enforcement Agenicies of Lying....

How is it that Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein can rise to such heights of artistic creation, moral goodness and personal self-sacrifice, and yet sink to such depths of depravity, moral cruelty and self-centredness?

Tonight on Rob Moshein's Blog his life partner Bob Atchison posted the following statement:

Bob Atchison has left a new comment on the post: "...Some years ago Oma Hamou hired me as a consultant for a movie on a multi-year contract. I was not paid and after three months I cancelled our written agreement. After years of broken promises by Ms. Hamou to pay me for the work I did I filed a lawsuit against Ms. Hamou. I won the lawsuit and was awarded a judgment which has grown to $23,000. The jury decided in my favor 11-1. Oma Hamou has been stated that I lied and forged documents to win the case. This is not true.When we were getting close to our trial date I was contacted by a man from Los Angeles who said he had been offered $15,000 by Hamou and her financial sponsor, Jim Sproul, to go to Austin and make me 'go away' - get rid of me - and thus stop my case against Hamou. This man said it was clear they wanted me killed and volunteered to go to the police.I had never met this man before, I had never heard his name before. The man gave a statement to the police and was interviewed by my Attorney.I will be happy to give more information and contacts on what happened to the DA on this new forgery case if they get in touch with me.Why am I posting this? Anyone who comes against Hamou in any way could be in great danger. Protect yourself and be careful..."

Let's take a look at the Texas court case No: GN303141 Hamou v. Atchison, Pallasart & Moshein. (Excerpts from Mike Newson's Statement on OmaHamou.com 2005, 2006 (c))

Bob Atchison received the below eMail from the "alleged" Hitman's wife a Patricia Lupoli he sent back a reply and requested a telephone number – obviously she provided it to him but we simply don’t know how it happened because Mr. Atchison never provided Oma's attorney with the information. The next communication sent is later that same evening where (again) Bob Atchison selectively ‘cuts & pasts’ from an email sent to him by "Patricia" the alleged hitman's wife.

Reviewing Bob Atchison's phone records it is apparent that from June 17, 2004 at 10:16 AM until 11:25 AM Bob attempted to call Patricia … on 12 separate occasions. As the phone logs show on the 13th attempt, at 11:25 AM, he was successful in making a connection and spoke with someone for approximately 17 minutes. Then it appears he lost the connection and at 11:43 AM reestablished that connection which lasted approximately 27 minutes longer.

Considering the time from the first email to the point at which the police were first called one has to wonder, if this was really a true plot to murder Mr. Atchison, why did it take so long? Mr. Atchison’s phone records reflect that on June 17, 2004 at 12:29 PM he contacted the Austin Police Department who sent out a patrol car to his home. Officer Alfredo Delvalle took Mr. Atchison’s statement at 12:36 PM.

Court records and Bob Atchison's statement to the Austin Police Department, California police department and the FBI were inconsistent concerning his story about Hamou hiring someone to murder him:

One. In letters to friends, Pallasart's Bob Atchison claimed the Austin Police Department called his residence to tell him Oma Hamou had hired someone to murder him. Not true. He called them after receiving an email from the alleged hitman's wife which by the way didn't say Hamou had appraoched them to murder him instead it complained Hamou had conned them out of $20,000 and they were pissed off.

Two. Phone records reveal neither the alleged hit man or his wife called Atchison's residence instead it was Bob who contacted them and together or alone cooked up the murder for hire plot as way to get rid of Hamou. Two people who believed Hamou had done them wrong and thought by cooking up this plan saying she hired someone to murder Bob was a good choice one that would for certain put her in jail by doing so would be doing the world and justice system a favor.

Three. Threats were made to Mike Newson threats which are documented by way of email and other communications between Atchison, the alleged hitman and his wife and Newson all of which are documented in Newson's affidavit to law enforcement including the FBI.

Four. LAW ENFORCEMENT in California and the FBI examined Atchison's phone records which were provided to them by Counsel representing Hamou in her civil case against him, his company and Moshein down in Texas. They examined all the emails including the forged documents Atchison had provided and viewed Pallasart's Oma Hamou Report web site the cut paste job Atchison did to make it appear Hamou was responding to something he sent, verified AOL records which supported the credibility of Oma Hamou, etc. after all this effort the DA and the FBI determined Bob Atchison was lying.

The fact is law enforcement encouraged Hamou to file a criminal complaint against Atchison for this incident but she told by her attorney the matter would be addressed at trial during her lawsuit against these men.

Point to make here, Atchison filed a harassment complaint against Hamou back in 2003 yet he refused to cooperate with the Austin Police Department and published on his/Pallasart's Oma Hamou Report web site a detective Arthur Fortune told him/Rob he believed Hamou was guilty of doing this yet in communications between this detective and Hamou's attorney this officer denied making this kind of statement. Whose lying, Bob Atchison, Rob Moshein or the Austin Police Department?

There was No PLAN TO MURDER OR HURT Bob Atchison, it is a lie if there was a shred of proof, evidence this incident took place law enforcement on both the state and federal level would have taken action. This didn't happen because the evidence proved Atchison made it all up - that is he created the incident believing he was doing the world a favor by once and for all getting rid of Oma Hamou.

Think about it...

Back in 2004 Atchison made a complaint to the FBI, the LAPD and other law enforcement agencies stating as a matter of fact (on record) Hamou had hired someone to murder him the investigation into this charge came back to say, BOB ATCHISON of the Alexander Palace Time Machine website is a lying liar. Atchison and his cohorts insists law enforcement believed his charge of Hamou having hired someone to murder him but they claim the state of Texas (notice no mention of the FBI or LAPD) couldn't do anything about it because of jurisdiction issues, state lines. We've all been told Oma Hamou has filed a criminal complaint against one Bob Atchison, Pallasart and their cohorts with the FBI and one of the things I've been told she wants is for them (FBI) to hold Atchison accountable for this murder for hire scheme that he concocted against her.

Let's examine Bob Atchison's statement about him committing perjury and using forged documents at trial in order to win his lawsuit against Oma Hamou. (Excerpt by Justin Edwards OmaHamou.com)

Bob Atchison under a court order and oath was ordered to produce ALL documents so was his web design company in the course of the Discovery phase of the litigation between Oma and Them. He and Pallasart swore under oath that THEY had provided ALL documents yet we on Oma’s Team knew this was a lie.

For example the Exhibit marked as Plaitiff’s (Atchison) Exhibit C was not a copy of the original invoice given to Oma’s company Enigma by Pallasart and I posted the REAL INVOICE WITH PALLASART'S FAX NUMBER APPEARING AT THE TOP OF THE INVOICE. Bob & his attorney by way of the trial transcript which I’ve posted say another lawsuit in Texas had been filed against Oma’s company and his company this is not true and we’ve shown this by way of posting a copy of the actual page of the trial transcript and the District Clerks Office down there in Texas that validates what Oma has said, no other lawsuit in Texas existed between her company and Bob.

We’ve been hearing Bob has been forwarding documents which have been forwarded to us showing that he’s not lying, well, how come Bob couldn’t produce those documents when the courts asked him too?

I think he made them up because no where in the original documents he provided and the two additional supplemental documents are those documents. So why in the hell didn’t he produce this document then because he was ordered by the court to do so and only now found them – could it be because they didn’t exist in the first place?

Bob Atchison represented to the court and law enforcement the above document represented a true copy of the invoice sent to Enigma Films, it was not. Oma Hamou testified at trial that the e-mails which appear underneath the “alleged” invoice were altered and/or she did not create.

This is a true representation of the the document sent to Enigma from Atchison's, Pallasart Web Venture's on July 13, 2000 a document Pallasart deliberately WITHHELD because IT was protecting its CEO/FOUNDER/PRESIDENT Bob Atchison.

Both Bob Atchison and his Then Attorney committed perjury at trial during his lawsuit with Oma Hamou let's read what Bob Atchison's then Attorney had to say to the court Case No: GN303141.

According to the State of Texas other than the then present lawsuit case No. GN303141between Atchison and Hamou no other lawsuit existed between the two- None, Zilch, Nada.

BOB ATCHISON WON HIS LAWSUIT AGAINST OMA HAMOU BY COMMITTING THE CRIME OF PERJURY AND FORGERY TO NAME BUT A FEW. THERE IS NOTHING HONORABLE ABOUT THAT. WHO IS THE VICTIM BOB ATCHISON OR OMA HAMOU?

During the Trial in court transcripts real documents that a court reporter recorded Bob Atchison says under oath he was never involved in the California case where Oma sued him for defamation etc. well this is a lie because he filed pleadings in Pro Se and when the case got dismissed because the courts in California felt it didn't have the jurisdiction over Bob, Oma hired an attorney which then forced Bob to get someone to represent him.

So, Bob Atchison the man who created the Alexander Palace Time Machine web site lied more than one time under oath in a Texas court room yet those on Pallasart's Forum believe the man's actions against my friend were justified - NO it isn't. A Judge in Texas in her own hand wrote that if a Protective Order wasn’t in place my friend would get hurt and she has because Rob has went on to republish the same words found on Pallasart’s Oma Hamou Report web site to a site that provides a link to Rob’s blogs and both Rob and Bob continue to lie about Oma. And their friends over on the AP site seem to think that Bob and Rob are telling the truth about Oma and she has no right to defend herself against their lies because she owes money and all the rest of the nonsense they’ve said about her.

Well they are wrong. A Judge, Judge Livingston is Texas told Pallasart and Rob Moshein THEY were wrong. Oma has every right to defend herself against these horrible lies and people. A brief is being prepared to be filed in Federal Court against Bob Atchison and Pallasart. Men who hide behind women’s name as Rob did when he registered with Classmates.com as Tonya Hoochie and sent pm’s to Oma pretending he went to the same school, hiding behind a false identity just to terrorize, humiliate and torment my friend are not men but cowards.

What are defamation and libel?

Defamation is any published material that damages the reputation of an individual or an organisation. As well as books, this covers material on the internet as well as radio and television broadcasts - so even drama and fiction can be defamatory if they damage someone’s reputation. You can only publish defamatory material if it comes within one of the recognised legal defences. If it doesn’t, the publication will amount to libel and you may have to pay substantial damages. Slander is 'defamation by word of mouth'.

The purpose of libel law Libel law protects individuals or organisations from unwarranted, mistaken or untruthful attacks on their reputation. A person is libelled if a publication:

Exposes them to hatred, ridicule or contempt
Causes them to be shunned or avoided
Generally lowers them in the eyes of right thinking members of society
Discredits them in their trade, business or profession
Get your facts right

The most important point is to make absolutely sure that what you are printing or writing is true. Do not make claims or accusations that you cannot prove. Even if you think you can do this, be cautious. Proving things in court can be very difficult.

And the test of what the words mean is what a reasonable reader is likely to take as their natural and ordinary meaning, in their full context - what you intended as the author or publisher is irrelevant.

If you write something that cannot be substantiated the credibility of your site, organisation or cause may be questioned. It can also land you with an expensive lawsuit and there is no legal aid for libel cases.

The burden of proof lies with the defendant

Almost uniquely in English law, in libel cases the burden of proof lies with the author / publisher and not the complainant. In other words, you have to prove that what you write is true. The person you’ve targeted does not have to prove that you’re wrong.

Three tips for writing

Don’t rely on the literal meaning

You cannot solely rely on proving that your statements were literally true if, when they’re taken as a whole, they have an extended, more damaging meaning.

Also, for example, if somebody was guilty of fraud once, calling him a fraudster in a way which might suggest he’s still doing the same may well give rise to a libel which can’t be defended. Be especially wary when referring to events in the past.

Don’t exaggerate in your claims or language For example, a company may run a factory which produces certain chemicals. For you to suggest that babies will be born deformed as a result may get you into libel trouble.

Innuendo can catch you out

Your comments may not appear particularly defamatory taken at face value, but greater knowledge of a person or situation may make it problematic because of the innuendo. To say Mr Jones doesn’t recycle his waste paper may sound harmless enough. But to people who know that Mr Jones is a Green Party activist, the innuendo of the statement is that he is hypocritical in his politics.

Common mistakes and assumptions

Repeating rumours It is inadvisable to repeat a defamatory rumour unless you are in a position to prove it’s true. Even if you are contradicting the rumour you should not repeat it. And adding ‘allegedly’ is not enough to get you out of libel difficulties.

Quoting others

If you publish defamatory remarks about people or organisations made by other people you will be just as liable to be sued as they are. So if you can’t prove the truth of their statements, don’t repeat them.

Drawing unprovable conclusions

It is a common mistake to draw unverifiable conclusions from the basic facts. For example, if Mr Brown is seen going into a hotel room with a call-girl, this does not necessarily mean he enjoyed a ‘night of passion’, and will certainly not prove that he did.

Irresponsible adjectives

Be very careful about the adjectives you use. A misplaced word can result in costly action. If you are campaigning about a factory that releases chemicals into the atmosphere, referring to the factory as ‘poisoning the atmosphere’ is inadvisable!

Representing all sides

Presenting all sides of an argument is often good practice, but is not a defence against publishing defamatory remarks made by or about those involved.

Defences against libel

The law lays down a number of ways in which defamatory publications may be defended. If the defences succeed, the publisher wins. But if they don’t succeed, the publisher loses: the complainant will have been libelled and will therefore be entitled to be paid damages and their legal costs. The defences are listed below.

Justification

The most usual defence against libel is to prove that the information published is true. But this can be a dangerous route because an unsuccessful plea could increase the damages against you because you will have increased the harm to the complainant. And remember, you must be able to deal with every libellous possibility, such as inference and innuendo. If your statement infers something greater, it is not enough to prove that the statement is just literally true. Merely asserting something will not be sufficient to prove that it’s true - you will need witnesses and documents to back up assertions (whether they’re yours or someone you’re quoting).

Fair comment

Fair comment covers content, mainly opinion, that cannot by its very nature be true or false. To be properly defensible, these comments must be: Based on fact, Made in good faith, &

On a matter of public interest In 2001, the Daily Mail lost a libel action brought by the former Hottenham Hotspur chairman Alan Sugar over the remark that he was a "miser" when he ran the club because he didn’t give his manager enough money to buy top class players. The jury were not sufficiently persuaded that there was any factual basis for making this comment. They didn’t deem it fair comment. He was awarded £100,000.

Privilege

Privilege is the defence where the law recognises that individuals should be free to speak their minds (and others to report what they say) without fear of being sued even if they get their facts wrong. It allows people to speak freely in court proceedings and debates in Parliament, and allows for such proceedings to be reported, so long as the reports are both fair and accurate.

As Many of you know Rob Moshein allows people to impersonate people such as friends or family member or business associates of my friend Oma Hamou on his blog because HE believes online harassment & stalking are o.k. and encourages it.

As for the nut who pretends to be me I made a complaint about it people like this asshole needs to be prosecuted and dealt with. These people who have been impersonating friends, family and business associates of Oma Hamou's must be awfully lonely and troubled to harass someone with such determination. These various individuals use Rob's blog to create a false profile, harass someone, impersonate someone with the intent puropse of causing harm or getting revenge on my friend.

This is Rob's female alter ego's web profile he created for himself on Classmates.com and proceeded to impersonate a school friend of Oma's by sending her messages.

Yesterday, I registered on Rob's Blog under my name and my posts as the record shows up until the end my responses were calm and reserved. Chiefly, I kept repeating these words: Online harassment & stalking is not o.k. Impersonating someone to harass & stalk someone is not o.k.

Many of you have read the July 4th posts made on Rob's blog where this asshole declares publicly Oma has used the name of Tina VanVeen. Up until the 4th, I had no idea this name was connected to a real person who turned out to be not only a real person but a friend of Oma's. Later that same day, I was told Rob claimed the person who posted under the name of Tina was someone out of Northridge, California.

A close friend of mine who is an active member of Bob Atchison's Alexander Palace Time Machine web site told me Rob did this by tracing the IP of an eMail sent to him by someone pretending to be Tina. Later that evening, an eMail was forwarded to me which had been sent to the real Tina from an unidentified person by the name of NO NAME.

When I was posting on Rob's blog yesterday I wrote Rob/Bob were sent an eMail this is how they were able to trace the IP to Northridge, California. Rob came on screaming bloody murder, calling me a liar, this prolific liar who has no problem publishing lies told me, I was a liar because neither him or Bob ever received an email from a Tina. He stompped his feet, huffed then puffed and demanded I provide him the name of the person who told me this or else he would delete my posts.

Rob Moshein has a history of lying. The web is covered with lies he has personally published about Oma Hamou and those of us who defend her. So, him telling me he didn't get an email from 'so and so' means NOTHING because he lies and liars are incapable of telling the truth. It wasn't until I made my complaint about the dog ball who impersonates me on Rob's blog was it pointed out to me, Rob captured the IP's through the images he puts up on the front page of his blog. These embedded images allowed him to capture every single IP of the people who come to read his blog and it is done for no other reason than to continue his campaign of defamation, libel, stalking and harassing of my friend Oma Hamou. It is his way of trying to locate her, to find where she is living and where she works. Many posters on his blog's comment page make comments about where she is, where she is living or have lived and things of a personal nature. One of those crazies paid Google to post an advertisement about my friend Oma and back in 2003, Pallasart & Bob Atchison did this kind of thing. What is good about these kind of Ads is that they can easily be traced back to the person or entity who created it.

If you the general public read Rob Moshein's blog be careful because you might find Rob Moshein mistakeningly stalking you because he believes your Oma Hamou. God knows who might show up at your door because they believe a prolific liar like Rob Moshein & the Pallasart Gang!

When the ATTORNEYS or PROSECUTORS put Rob's Blog and its blog comment page into the legal timeline in this history of Bob, Rob, Pallasart & Oma it will see a pattern of UNACCEPTABLE, INTOLERABLE behavior exhibited by Rob, Bob & Pallasart against my friend Oma Hamou.

Libel is not "free speech."

LIBEL PER SE

The legal definition of libel per se is the broadcast or written publication of a false statement about another which accuses him/her of a crime, immoral acts, inability to perform his/her profession, having a loathsome disease (like syphilis), or dishonesty in business. Such claims are considered so obviously harmful that malice need not be proved to obtain a judgment for "general damages," and not just specific losses.

Through the IMAGE Rob Moshein placed on the front page of his Rob Moshein Speak blog he captured an IP of a person who registered under the name of Tina VanVeen.

The fact a friend of Oma's wanted to defend her is not a big deal it became a big deal when someone impersonating the real Tina posted several libelous posts. After the real Tina posted her last comment on his blog that said wonderful things about Oma suddenly all of her posts were deleted and the fake Tina posts remained. We all know why this was done.

Rob captured IPs and from one of those IP's states as a MATTER OF FACT my friend impersonated her friend by registering on his blog. This did not happen. Rob Moshein has falsely accused my friend of IDENTITY THEFT based on an IP his stalking image captured and did not verify. Posters on Rob Moshein's blog accuse my friend of committing the crime of not only IDENTITY THEFT but hiring someone to murder Bob Atchison. This is libel per se because my friend has never stolen anyone's identity nor did she hire someone to murder Bob Atchison and law enforcement proved this. They have accused my friend of being a prostitute and other nasty things that are quite harmful.

Once again, you can see the deliberate lies, and deliberate distortion of truth, simply to defame my friend Oma Hamou and libel her in the public arena.

In closing, Rob Moshein now accuses me of stalking him because I responded to the crazies who regularly posts defamatory, libelous statement on his blog about my friend, Oma Hamou. What a joke. The man is simply delusional in that he lives in his own reality. He is the person who posts embedded images on the web so he and his life partner and Pallasart can trace IP's & stalk all in the hope of finding my friend Oma Hamou. Not me. This got me thinking about Mr. Moshein's blog and that blog's particular comments directed towards Oma Hamou. Over the weekend while you and I were enjoying celebrating the 4th with friends & family someone over at Pallasart's Alexander Palace Time Machine took it upon him or herself to impersonate one of Hamou's friends, a Tina VanVeen. When the real "Ms. VanVeen" learned someone was impersonating her so they could criminally harass & stalk Ms. Hamou she asked Rob Moshein basically "what the hell was going on" why was her name appearing on his blog a site that up until July 2, 2009 had nothing to do with her. Mr. Moshein explained this was done because he and so many of his posters (also published it as a fact) knew Oma Hamou had stolen the woman's identity. Moshein did not provide any sort of evidence to back up his story other than we the public should believe him because he says so. As Justin Edwards has pointed out, how can one trust anything the man has to say when he flat out denies the restraining order issued by a Texas court against him and Atchison's web company Pallasart does not identify him as being the person known to use the female alias "Tonya Hoochie".

On his blog Rob Moshein writes:

Moshein & Bob Atchison & Atchison's web design company Pallasart make no bones for criminally harassing and stalking Oma Hamou. Up until Saturday, July 4th 2009, I had never heard of “Tina VanVeen” a woman who Rob & Friends falsely accused Oma of calling herself. At first when I saw this woman’s name on the web I thought it was just some name those idiots made up but later learned Tina was a real person and a friend of Oma Hamou. In the end after I posted my comment on Rob Moshein's blog he decided to delete every post made by the real Tina VanVeen and mine and somehow someone changed the real Tina VanVeen's password.

Let's review the posts made by someone who stole Tina's identity to criminally harass, humilate and torment my friend Oma Hamou as well as doing this to her friend, Tina.

Mr. Moshein I need some help. I was on the internet doing this google search on a woman I know and I found this blog. I got out of prison a while back because that asshole boyfriend of mine got himself picked up running meth again and he was already on probation. They also found some identity theft stuff in his car. The s.o.b. started running his mouth to the police and they came and picked me up in the motel on the Sierra Highway in Palmdale where we was living. and they took my computers. They found a bunch of mail to other people and identification cards too that they said I stole from at least 10 different people.

I need your help to find this friend of mine who I was google searching about. Can you tell her I need to talk to her? Tell her its urgent. She’ll know what to do.

Things ain’t going real well right now. I got picked up again not long ago in Lancaster and had another court date just the other day. I’m having to use a public defender cause I didn’t pay my last lawyer and word got around.

I had this real good gig going as a stripper and with phone sex, but I don’t know what I’m going to do next. I ain’t looking so good right now.

Oh yeah that reminds me. There was this big woman named Rosaline Rundmund in the holding pen with me and I was telling her about this blog. She is looking real forward to that movie Miss Kedem is making. Rosy might be out of jail by the time the movie comes out and she really likes all the yiddish talk which she says is real authentic.

Mr. Moshein thanks for letting me use your blog, but that woman I'm looking for hasn't contacted me yet.

I don't know why becuase I always thought she liked to hang around with me because I was one of the few people she knew who had an arrest record longer than hers. and her and me could always talk shop, you know, about our work.

But I sort of did suspect she was jealous of me a little bit because I'm only in my 30s and she's pushing up pretty hard on 50 and showing the mileage pretty bad. I told her she could still work the phone angle even if she can't do it in person no more but that just got her more pissed off.

She said she had some other ideas she was working on about some movie and big things were about to happen with it. But then she been telling me that for years.

anyways if you hear from her tell her I'm thinking about her a lot these days, specially since I'm in trouble again and might not be around for a while. I know she knows how that feels.

I think Robby is very funny the way he is trying to speak like me, he makes me sound old and frumpy, and boring and I envision a fat retired hooker with a cigarette hanging out her lips-bad make-up missing teeth.. But nice try. Anyway, yes I have a very colorful as you say- history. I am actually pretty intelligent.. I am a recovering party animal and I have almost four years reality now. I think all this back and forth blog stuff is pretty ridiculous and childish, but I guess it's entertaining for some, especially if they enjoy soap operas-. I was a big time identity thief and forging was my forte, an out-right criminal in the past, but believe it or not- and I could care less if you do or don't believe the things I say- I was always truthful and straight up in terms of my word, or the dealings I had, which I know doesnt say much in your world, but in mine thats all you have. Even down to the day of my arrest, the guy I was hanging around tried to tell the cops everything in the room was his, I still took responsibilty of my own actions. I like to try to help people I also like to give to people who have less than me, I dont have all that much when it comes to riches but I feel rich in dignity and feel good that I paid my debt to society and moved on with my life. I am happy, and I trip on you all capping on eachother all day long. It's crazy! I guess this is what the bored do for fun. If it was me I would just go kick the person's ass that was bothering me and get it over with real quick! I just handle it and remove the drama or problems from my life so I can resume normal program. Or even better, I avoid this kind of crap at all costs. Would'nt you all just rather forget about this lame shit? I mean really! I don't care what a person has done in their life, unless it starts effecting me. I was stealing people's hard earned money for a living and that's pretty damn dispicable. Guilt is a horrible thing, it can ruin a person. Do you know what the Golden Rule in life is? God only wants us to LOVE ONE ANOTHER. That is the HARDEST thing to do in life, am I right? If you think about it, it is the very hardest. If you can somehow achieve that, then every other good thing falls into place, the commandments, a spot beyond the pearly gates, ect. So, what I'm saying is, no matter what a person has done in their lives, you should still love them, you dont have to like them, but you should love them, if it takes feeling sorry for their poor ass then so be it. It doesnt ever pay to be evil, it is entertaining, even alot of fun at times,but I can't even believe how much people let other people get to them. I'm not pointing the finger at any of you. I'm just saying, this is a pretty sad pass time, then I think it's even sadder that both parties continue to nit pick and expose, and lay out a person's life for all to see. Do you think it's going to cure a person, or change them or reform them? You cant possibly think the harsh words from a person will do that.It wouldnt change me. Prison didnt change me either, I changed me. So lets all stop this madness and do something else. Take comfort in this fact, whether it is Bob Atchison, Rob Moshein or one of their friends, they have posted comments on this blog under my name. Of course they omitted the s but nevertheless they have done this. I think the attorney who is preparing the briefs called this fraud and something else I forget what he said but it had something to do with the intent of causing someone else to suffer.

Up until this morning, I didn't know about your existence or friendship with Oma until she told me about it.

I thought you were just a person these idiots made up because they wanted Oma to know they found people who was in jail with her.

She told me she did not meet you in jail.

Rob has published on this blog and comments lots of things that are not true and has stated Oma is the person using your name, meaning, she went on this blog and posted something about you. This is not true.

The person who posted under your name registered with Google to open an account, I advise you to contact Google and report this fraud. Google will get to the bottom of this matter because as it stands the person who did this, did it to scare Oma, and you being a friend of hers, know this mission was accomplished.

I can’t find out from Google until the matter gets to court because the person who posted under my name deliberately withheld the “s” by law it isn’t me and there is nothing anyone at Google can do. However you are in a different situation so as a friend of Oma’s I encourage you to write to Google and explain what is happening and they will find out what’s happening on this blog.

Oma also says you study with a Karate Master who teaches several members from SWAT - why not ask one of them to investigate whose impersonating you on this blog. I am certain Tina when the investigation is completed you will not find as Rob says she is the person who posted under your name on this despicable blog.

I've provided you with information how to reveal the identity of the person posting in your name.

hello happy bloggers here to tell you im not playing anymore games with you ok? im here to tell the truth. I am a struggling ex drug addict that likes to dabble with crime. I am more addicted to doing criminal activity than i ever was drugs, guess who saved me? yep you guessed it, that broad saved me. took me off the streets, gave me a job and a home. you all like to play games and do wierd things, so since someone here used my name, i just wanted to see how far you'd play. as soon as i offered to go on web cam you all scattered away and went off the air. so, i know my true friend is my broad of all broads, she's good to me and her pets and has a good heart. so to all you yuppies here, money isnt everything especially when you have good friends and family i would rather have that and be poor anyday. so it was real, it was fun but it wasnt real fun. im going to pray that everyone stops this nasty business because it almost ruined my friendship with one of my best friends. someone who really cares about me and loves me. and i feel the same. if you are thinking of leaving nasty comments back, save them, i dont care to read them, so im taking my fiberglass, tin foil and low life self back where i love to be, and it isnt here. signing out for good.
